1. Publisher and scope
WreMail is a WreCore email app for macOS and Windows. The publisher and operator of this website is Paweł Paluszkiewicz, trading as wregionie.pl Paweł Paluszkiewicz, ul. Wisławy Szymborskiej 3, 59-970 Zawidów, Poland, tax ID PL6151977813, REGON 021500806. Contact, support and complaints: hello@wrecore.com.
These terms cover the website, contact service and the WreMail app made available to you. You can save or print this document. Browsing the website does not purchase a licence.
2. Current stage: information and enquiries
Online sales and payments have not been launched on this website. You can currently learn about the app and contact us about access, testing or the planned offer. Sending a form or email does not place a paid order, start a subscription or authorise a charge.
Displayed plans and prices describe the planned offer. Before any paid agreement, you will receive the applicable purchase conditions, full tax-inclusive price, licence scope, delivery and payment information, and consumer rights. Launching sales will require the relevant website information to be updated. We currently send no enquiry data to a payment operator.
3. Website and electronic contact
The website requires a current browser and internet connection. The form requires JavaScript; you open its prepared message in an application handling email links. Alternatively, email hello@wrecore.com directly. Using the website and sending WreCore an enquiry is free; connection costs depend on your internet agreement.
The form prepares a message locally and does not send it automatically. You confirm sending in your email application. Before sending, you can stop by clearing the content or closing the page. Do not submit unlawful material, other people's passwords or keys, or information you are not authorised to share.
4. Licence
To the extent we make the app available to you, you receive a non-exclusive licence to install and use it for its intended purpose under the conditions presented with that version. Ownership of the software is not transferred. You may use your own mail and accounts you are authorised to access.
The planned commercial licence is per user and shared across macOS and Windows, regardless of the type of computer that user has. It is not a shared licence for several employees. A periodic plan provides access for the paid period. A perpetual licence includes indefinite use of WreMail and app updates, including future major WreMail versions. It does not include separate WreCore products or services, such as future cloud services.
Entitlement to WreMail updates does not promise specific future features or indefinite support for every historical operating system version. It does not limit obligations concerning conformity or required updates. Trial, version availability and activation details will be provided before the relevant access begins.
You must not distribute the app without authorisation, resell shared access or bypass licence protection. These restrictions do not override mandatory legal rights, including permitted compatibility and interoperability analysis. Open-source components also remain subject to their own licences.
5. Mail accounts and third-party providers
WreMail is an email client and does not replace your provider's service. Online use requires a supported account, correct configuration, a network connection and permissions required by your provider and organisation. System requirements for a particular release are provided with its download.
You authorise Google and Microsoft on their own pages. WreMail uses the granted permissions to operate the mailbox; the data scope is described in the privacy policy. Provider authorisation does not create a WreCore account. You can disconnect the account in the app and revoke permission with the provider.
Protocol availability, limits, message delivery and spam classification also depend on servers, organisational policies and recipient filters. WreMail can apply user-configured rules. We do not guarantee delivery of every email, support for any possible server configuration or perfect spam detection.
6. Local data, backups and scheduled actions
The app stores email and other information locally. Protect your operating system account and back up your data, particularly information held only on the computer, such as POP3 mail. The interface lock does not encrypt the mail database. WreCore cannot remotely access local files or recover a lost encrypted-backup password.
Scheduled sending and automatic replies run locally. They require the app to be running, the computer to be active and an internet connection. Sleep, shutdown or failures may delay an action. They are not cloud sending services. Check queue status and error messages before retrying an unconfirmed send.
Enabling remote images, avatars, exports or backup-folder synchronisation may disclose information to the relevant services. Data protection and deletion are described in the privacy policy. These precautions do not remove the publisher's legal responsibilities.
7. AI assistant
AI is optional and off by default. It requires your own API key and acceptance of your chosen provider's terms, and may incur that provider's charges separately from the WreMail licence. When you request an action, the text shown in the panel goes directly to the selected provider. See the AI section of the privacy policy.
Share only content you are entitled to disclose, taking account of other people's personal data, confidentiality and your organisation's policies. AI results can be wrong; review them before use or sending. Preparing an AI reply does not itself instruct the app to send an email. Google data must not be used in ways that conflict with Limited Use rules.
8. Support, complaints and user rights
Send requests to hello@wrecore.com or the publisher's postal address. Describe the issue, app and operating system versions, and the remedy you seek. Include purchase evidence only if needed to identify a paid agreement. We do not require passwords or your full mailbox.
We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days of receipt on a durable medium, such as email. Failure to respond has the consequences provided by law. These terms do not exclude or restrict statutory consumer rights, including digital content or service conformity, required updates, correction of non-conformity, price reductions or termination in statutory cases. Relevant protection also covers self-employed persons where the law grants it.
If you enter a paid distance contract in the future, withdrawal rights and any applicable exceptions will be explained before purchase. Downloading the app does not automatically waive those rights. The current contact enquiry is not a paid agreement.
9. App store versions
If a version is distributed through the Mac App Store or Microsoft Store, the relevant store terms and offer information also apply before download and purchase. This website does not confirm current availability in those stores or payment through them.
For an App Store version, the Apple Standard EULA applies unless a separate compliant licence agreement is presented with that version. Apple is not WreMail's publisher. Store purchase rights and procedures do not restrict the publisher's legal obligations.
10. Changes and governing law
These terms may need updates for legal, security or feature changes, or new distribution arrangements. We publish a dated version and give appropriate advance notice of material changes affecting an existing agreement. Changes do not retroactively alter an agreement or take away an acquired perpetual licence. Where the law requires consent or a right to end an agreement, we provide it separately.
Polish law applies without depriving consumers of mandatory protection in their country of habitual residence. Jurisdiction follows applicable law; consumers are not assigned exclusively to the publisher's local courts. Personal data is handled under the privacy policy. The Polish and English texts describe the same rules; translation differences cannot limit statutory user rights.
